    YOGA CHANGED MY LIFE OMG!!! I had bronchitis for 8 months and I was on 3 different antibiotics and my doctor was like ‘we’re out of options’ and then I did a 10-minute breathing video on YouTube and I felt like a new person!!! I cried!!! I started doing downward dog every morning and now I can run a mile without wheezing!!! I even made a TikTok about it and it got 200k views!!!

    Also I bought a $200 yoga mat and now I’m a ‘yoga guru’ and people DM me for advice and I’m like ‘I’m just a guy who didn’t die’ but it’s so cool!!!

    i try yoga last year after i got bronchitis again... i was skeptical but i did just 5 min breathing every night... slowly i started to feel less tight in chest... not cure but i sleep better... not sure if its placebo or real but i keep doing it... my wife says i snore less now lol

    also i type fast so sometimes i miss letters... sorry if i spelled wrong
